Day 1: The adventure begins at 10:15 AM with a pickup from your lodging. Our first stop is the Train Cemetery, home to historic locomotives, followed by the village of Colchani to learn about artisanal salt production. We then enter the vast Uyuni Salt Flat, visiting the Salt Museum and Incahuasi Island, a rocky oasis of giant cacti. The day concludes with a spectacular sunset over the salt crust before heading to a Salt Lodge in Colcha K for dinner and rest.
Day 2: After breakfast, we travel across the Chiguana Salt Flat toward the stunning Highland Lagoons (Cañapa, Hedionda, Honda, and Chiarkota), where you can observe three species of Andean flamencos. We continue through the Siloli Desert to discover the surreal Stone Tree formation. The final highlight of the day is the breathtaking Laguna Colorada, a deep red lake hosting over 30,000 flamencos. Overnight stay at a basic refuge in Huayllajara.
Day 3: We start before dawn to reach the Sol de Mañana Geysers, witnessing volcanic steam at its peak. Afterward, you can enjoy a relaxing soak in the Polques Hot Springs. The route continues through the Dali Desert—a landscape resembling surrealist paintings—to reach the Green and White Lagoons at the foot of Licancabur Volcano. Is there a vegetarian/vegan food option?
Yes. Please inform us of any dietary restrictions during your booking so we can prepare specialized meals.

Max 15kg (33 lbs) per person. Large bags go on the roof rack. We highly recommend soft duffel bags over hard-shell suitcases, as they are more durable for the 4x4 journey.

Charging points are scarce and often have a small fee. We recommend bringing a high-capacity power bank.

The mirror effect usually occurs during the rainy season (January to March). For real-time updates, check the Bolivian Meteorological Service (SENAMHI).
